We are delighted to share a unique night at UNA restaurant in St. Pancras Clock Tower this Thursday at 7pm.
UNA is a culinary project which consists to create gastronomical experiences around only one table where guests will be attended exclusively. Twelve guests who don’t know each other come and share one table in a clock tower, overlooking London’s nightscape.

Argentinian-born chef Martin Milesi arrived to London last year and opened this pop-up project. The idea at UNA is to promote the flavours and ingredients of Latin America matched with Argentine wines.

Garzon Albarino 2014 – Ceviche: Cured Fish, lime, coriander, tiger’s milk, sweet potato, mango, white corn, trout caviar.

Argento Seleccion Chardonnay 2014 –  Latin America: Quinoa, palm oil, Carrots, tomato confit, tortilla, cucumber, pico de gallo

Argento Bonarda 2013 – Mexico: Slow cooked pork, black beans, mint guacamole, pumpkin seeds, chipotle ketchup.
